The Supervisor HR Systems will lead the team responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of enterprise human resources (HR) systems. In this role, you will ensure systems and business processes are designed and maintained at the highest level to facilitate talent processes, support business needs, and enable data-driven decisions. You will manage activities across multiple workstreams and collaborate with partners from across the organization to support enterprise objectives and projects. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Supervises team responsible for supporting people experience enhancements and general operational and tactical support tasks
Collaborates with consultants, centers of expertise and other partners to improve human resources systems processes, enhancements and resolution of systems issues
Monitors trends in human resources information systems and data management and drives continuous improvement of systems and information in a timely and accurate manner
Provides coaching, development and day-to-day support to team members
Maintains, reviews and takes action related to human resources systems metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develops and communicates project estimates, plans, and status

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: Associate's Degree in information technology, computer science, network administration, human resources, business, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years human resources systems or related experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, network administration, human resources, business, or related field and a minimum of seven (7) years human resources systems or related experience
Other Requirements:
Highly skilled in organization and interpersonal communication, prioritizing safety above all
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Proven ability to lead efforts of others to achieve operational objectives such as implementations, upgrades, integrations
Project management approach to delivery with expectations and deadlines
Appreciation for human capital analytics and reporting requirements and strategies
Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality to protect sensitive information
Preferred: Workday system experience with three (3) or more modules (human capital management, payroll, time, attendance, compensation, talent, benefits, security, learning, reporting)
